Hello, I'm Nikola, the CEO of Ncoded Solutions, a dynamic software development agency known for delivering exceptional solutions. For smaller projects (MVPs): - You work with a small team, usually 1-2 developers. - The lead developer is your main point of contact and handles communication, requirements, and team coordination. - Design and planning happen alongside development. - We use tools like Jira for tracking progress and Slack for communication. - Meetings happen weekly or twice a week, and demos are usually every two weeks. - QA is done by developers together with you. For larger or ongoing projects: - You get a dedicated project manager who handles communication and planning. - There is also a dedicated designer working in Figma and a dedicated QA. - Development is more structured with unit and end-to-end tests and full documentation. How we collaborate: - You always have full transparency through Jira and regular demos. - All tools and accounts are owned by you from day one. - We adapt to your preferred tools if needed. - If the project requires it, we can involve specialists like DevOps, architects, or integration experts. Pricing: We charge only for the work done. We do not bill for sick days or vacations. We always provide estimates in advance so you know what to expect. You can choose between time and materials or fixed budget. We can also combine both depending on the project. Our simple rule: Start small, validate your idea, and grow the team as your product grows.
